We have provided extensive information for you to view the packages before choosing to subscribe to us. We, being the service providers for contents available through SITE or APP, where you are expected to view packages of your choice after being paid for subscription; unfortunately, all fees to GOLDFLIX for such services are non-refundable.
In case, because of any technical glitch at the time of online transaction, the transaction does not occur, the amount in process of transfer by default goes back into your bank account, automatically through Payment Gateway.
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or subscription will be suspended without notice. Applicable chargeback fee will be issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company, plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues.
In case any payment is done either while a subscription is existing or double payment is done for any reason whatsoever then you are requested to contact our technical team or support team. Our team will within 5-7 working days. (excluding natural calamities, war, political aggression, internal disturbance or emergency of any kind) shall activate your new plan after your old plan is exhausted. No refund shall be made in any case.
In case any technically sound person tampers with the master link or tries to break the code by any other means and a payment is made for any subscription which does not exist at present we shall not be responsible for the same and will not be liable to give refund the money or give any service. Any pressure created in this regard to our support team shall be construed as a means of harassing them. You are thereby requested to read this carefully before agreeing.
Requesting a chargeback or opening any sort of dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
If any claimant unknowingly subscribe 499 and above plan more than onetime and if claimant demands refund, we will do so within 5 to 7 working days. But if the claimant knowingly and after reading and understanding our terms & condition demands for refund we will not accept or hold any liability for refund .
If any claimant who generating coupon on our website or third party of the claimant knowingly or unknowingly subscribe Rs.499 and above plan more than onetime and if claimant demands refund, we will not accept or hold any liability for refund .
Any claimant or claimant’s third party by generating coupon will not ask or demand for Refund. All transaction will be through Payment Gateway, and for refunding any amount to claimant all charges levied by payment gateway for refunding will be deducted from claimant account.
In any circumstances we find our product is been misused and thereafter any complaint from credit card company, Bank or any other authority competent by law, we may cancel your subscription or coupon and your payment will be forfeited with prior notice or email you for your misconduct. We may also serve you cause notice for defaming, misrepresentation caused.
